I , a student of class X of your institution , respectfully inform you through this letter that we found a lackness of reference books in our library. To prepare for the final examination we need more reference books. Especially in science subjects , it can be said that there is a huge lackness of reference books in our library. We all have only one textbook for each subject and it is not possible to go through all the questions for the exam from just one book. 

So I , on behalf of the students of class X of your institution , earnestly request you to arrange some good quality reference books for our preparation. It will be a great help for us.
